Raids:
Raid Invites will go as follows. 1. Signed up on website by rank then date 2. Signed up on WOW by rank then date 3. Spare guildies 4. PUG. Spots will not be held unless approved by an officer. Anyone that signs up and does not show up will be invited after spare guildies for the next raid period. Everyone is expected to be ready for summons by the time scheduled. Anyone not already in the raid group by the scheduled time can not be guaranteed a raid position.

Loot Rules:
Loot will be distributed on a "Roll to use" (RTU) basis. A single person may only loot one item per boss encounter. Loot will go to the winner of the roll. By winning and accepting the item that person will receive a point. After a person reaches 3 points (wins 3 Items) that person will not be able to roll against anyone else for the rest of the raid period. If only one person rolls on an item it is not considered a win and he/she does not receive a point for receiving said item. Elite Raider's will win loot over a member every time unless they have their 3 points. If nobody rolls for an item the item will then be opened up for people to roll for offspec (rolling for offspec will not receive a point). If nobody rolls offspec the item is to be disenchanted and sent to the guild bank. BOE epic's must be equipped before moving on to the next area. If nobody rolls offspec for a BOE epic it will be looted to the guild bank. Items such as Mounts, keys, bags, etc. will be rolled on last by the loot master as a: /roll 1-(#of raiders present) the number rolled represents the player. Group #1 containing players 1-5 Group #2 containing players 6-10 etc. The winner of this kind of roll will receive a point against their loot and may opt out. If the person opts out the Master Looter will go down the line as 1,2,3,4,5,etc. until someone accepts. (It is done this way to prevent someone from rolling multiple times and to prevent the Master Looter from getting a headache :D)

Raid Period: The day of which a continuous raid group is together. Raid periods are separated by a minimum of 3 hours otherwise loot points do not reset.

The rules are pretty simple and straighforward. If you have questions you are probably not the only one so please post a response and ill get to it ASAP.

Thanks,
DeadInsanity
